Repstyle Root with Silk Plant Aquarium Ornament, 16.5 x 10 x 6 cm

I bought this to add some scenery to my snails tank, I had to stuff the hole with some soil because my snail kept going inside and nearly getting stuck with it's shell. However the size is fantastic and fills half of my tanks corner and the leafs look really nice when you stuff the tree in soil and let the poke out. Little sharp (not deadly sharp)around the edges at the top and bottom stalks, but once you cover it in soil it's not much of a problem. The is a hole at the top of the trunk and the side on the bottom, very good for little explorers which like small spaces.

I ordered this as a vivarium decoration for my corn snake, and he loves it. In an non-bioactive set up it's attractive, and as the 'bark' is slightly rough it gives him a nice surface to rub on when shedding. He also enjoys going in between the roots, however I've now had two of these and the edges can sometimes be a bit sharp, so be careful. The only other thing I've noticed is that on both I've received metlded glue strands have been hanging off it, however these are easy to pick off. The only thing left to say is, don't drop it! They will smash, and that's why I'm on my second.

Lovely item and looks great in my Mexican Red Knee Tarantula's tank. She seems to like it as I have seen her chilling out on it often. I would say the size is great for my purpose of using. The leaves are a darker colour than the one advertised in the picture but this in no way detracts from the item itself and I personally think it looks better this way. Great thank you :)

As other have said, its a little sharpe around the edges but nothing to worry about. It is smaller than i expected and its not 16.5 cm long, more like 12cm long. I have a large vivarium so it does not stand out as much as i would have liked but still a nice addition.

Bit small

Not bad only down fall was the sharp edges, but apart from that not a bad buy or product.

Just arrived and it's awful, very very sharp inside and around the holes of any fish where to explore they would be ripped to shreds, tried filing it down but it's still way to sharp
