This exfoliator is AMAZING! The tech it uses doesn't cause any damage to the healthy areas of my skin like sugar scrubs, microbeads, and even scrub gloves can do if rubbing too hard. Since it isn't coarse and merely vibrates it only draws out gunk. Using the tool is super easy, I only use it in a **steamy shower** and I let my face take in as much steam as possible by exfoliating my face last. You just have to relax your facial muscles, press the tip against your skin, and draw it across the skin. I have cystic acne caused by the Implanon birth control implant (my body reacted negatively to the synthetic hormones, I removed the piece of junk 7 months ago and still have cysts come up - though since its removal they have decreased in size and number). Going over the cysts is uncomfortable of course (those suckers hurt like hell regardless!) but, if it's a new cyst, the exfoliation makes it reach the whitehead stage literally within a day (anyone who has this type of acne knows that some cysts can take weeks or months to rise to the outermost layers of your skin, no joke). If the cyst is already at the whitehead stage, the exfoliator draws all of the crap inside, out (basically, it pops. It's gross af). I draw the exfoliator across the area of the cyst a couple times to ensure that all the gook is drawn out, clean off the exfoliator tip, and keep on going. After I'm done exfoliating, while still in the shower, I wash my face again and then I use the gel of a fresh aloe leaf on my face and use the +/- ion function. After, I rinse off with cold water, step out the shower, moisturize my face, and go about my day. By the end of the day, the cyst that was at the whitehead stage is completely gone!! No little sub-dermal lump that you might get from squeezing, it is completely smooth with just a small scab from the pop zone. So basically, I am never giving this thing up, it's completely changed how I deal with my acne problem and I LOVE it! 5/5

I am usually very skeptical about skin care products and many often don't work on me. I've been trying to get the white heads on my nose out for the longest time. All I see are pores on my nose and chin when I look in the mirror. This tool helped me to remove some of the toughest-to-reach areas of my nose and removed much of the dead skin and white/black heads after just one use. My face feels smooth and I can't see the pores anymore. It's a wonder machine.

I have a combination skin, the T zone is super oily and the V zone is dry. The Rika skin scrubber helped my skin a lot by getting rid of the dead skin on my face. It is like a gentle version of microdermabrasion, granted that I used the St. Ives apricot scrub every day too for a smoother skin.Make sure that by using this product your pores are open and the best way to that is when you are taking a shower, I actually added a suction mirror just so I can see my face as I'm cleaning it.

I use this scrubber after steaming my face for 5 min to remove dead skin cells and blackheads; then use negative ionic function to help absorb serum into skin. Clean and moisturized, a simply process. A must 5 star!

I purchased this to use at my business. I like the design and that it’s light. However, it doesn’t turn on right away takes about a minute. I don’t if it’s meant to be that way but I thought it had broke. The first time I used it I didn’t have that problem started acting after second usage. It extracts pretty well.
