I love this product! I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect buying Kataifi online because of (other products) mixed reviews. I bought this brand because of the amount that I was getting for the price. I’m very happy with my purchase. It is well packed, fresh and no smell. Texture and taste is as expected. Very easy to use and I still store it in the original packaging, in the freezer between uses. (they suggest the fridge but what the heck lol) I was using it to make vegan Dubai chocolate. So far I made 2 batches, using about 2 cups at a time and I still have approximately 2 cups left for one more batch. Toasted and mixed it with homemade pistachio cream and I was able to make 24 of these delicious little thingies at a time.

Used for Dubai chocolate cheesecake that I made with pistachio cream, was fresh and good quality!

The stuff was excellent tasting. You do get a small pack of it for the price. I would buy this again if I was unable to get the other bag. It does have an excellent taste however you get very little for the money.

This was a good value for the price. The packaging isn’t the largest, but you get a lot of product. I still ended up toasting mine with butter to add a little flavor. I have a lot left, since I purchased this to add to an already pre mixed Dubai chocolate filling tub. I will add, the kataifi is chopped very small, so if you have a preference, keep that in mind. Initially I thought it was too small, but it didn’t make a difference once I added it to the mixture.

these were so good in the dubai mix. They were crispy and crunchy and stayed that way. Beats baking them yourself. I even tried substituting shredded wheats for this and it is not the same at all, still gives the crunch but these complete the taste!

Very well packaged, but the product, despite being labeled as “Best By December 2027”, smelled very old and rancid. It was not fresh at all. It was extremely dark as if older oil was used to toast it during production. I thought perhaps it was the packaging, but heating a bit of the Kataifi only accentuated the rancid odor. I don’t want to taste or use this. Extremely disappointed.

Great product, perfect for making Dubai chocolate. Easy to use just watch you don’t burn as it fries very quickly!
