Barnett's Mega Sour (250G) (Blue Raspberry)

I bought these after watching videos of people eating the sweets, my children said they could eat one no problem. Jeez were they wrong, these are the most sour thing ever, I never even thought something could ever be this sour.They taste disgusting don't get me wrong but it's a good laugh to try and to have competition to see who can keep one in their mouth for longer, absolutely recommended!

Arrived as expected and do exactly what it says.Super sour sweets, completely coated. Initial shock factor of the super sour instantly on the pallet. With the blueberry flavour this resembled a burning sensation on the middle section of my tounge. Once the initial shock is over, flavour is somewhat average and not particularly blueberry but manageable.Numerous people in the office tried these, all experiencing different levels of discomfort though no bad side effects.

I watched some videos online about those sweet and they are extremely sour indeed! The effect only lasts 20-30 seconds but it’s fun. The gooey juice in the sweet is quite a nice feeling too.

My son who is 29 asked me to get him some real sour sweets, and I can confirm these was sour 10/10

Nice taste but actual sweet isn’t sour which makes this being the “ world’s most sour sweet” says TikTok a bit of a let down, as it’s only the outer coating that’s sour

Normally I love super sour fizzy sweets and these are indeed mega sour… so much so that they made my tongue sore and stripped skin from the inside of my mouth. Don’t mistake these for normal fizzy sweets.

These live up to their name, they are the most sour things I have ever tasted, which I love but boy are they strong enough, they almost defeated me!! However, if you can bear the sourness they are nice after about 30 seconds, by which time you may well have no skin left in your mouth, I could not eat more than 1 per day as it literally made the roof of my mouth raw like a burn. They do exactly as it says on the tin, you have been warned!
