Sound good, fit good and what else is there 😄For the price point and the open ear design these are a great option! I did not expect deep bass and immersive sound but I got a good amount of both considering they are open ear. I WANT to hear what is going on around me when I'm outside or in public and these let me do that while being loud enough and easy enough to control when I want to literally tune out others. The bass isn't a throbbing deep bass but it IS there and I was surprised at that. The highs and lows are crispy clear as well and the equalizer pre-sets are nice for listening to different genres. These are so good I will be gifting this pair as a gift because they STAY ON OUR EARS unlike the air pod types or the in ear kind that cause ear fatigue within an hour or so. This also means he won't lose them when he's rocking out in his own little jam session! They are flexible too so putting them on/taking off is a simple one-handed task. The deep teal color is nice and visually loud enough to make them easy to spot should I drop one and have to look for it. These connected too my phone (Samsung) without wasting a single brain cell. The app I downloaded right before pairing took care of any questions I had about controls. I'm happy about the easy to remember tap functions and don't miss the physical button at all. I laid my head on the pillow on my side (intentionally) and decided I could easily fall asleeep with these one. I have a pair of the Soundcore Aero Clips and I was in love with them. Now I'm in love with THESE! They actually sound better and cost less than HALF the price! (Although my Soundcore C5Oi are my true winners and also currently at a great price!) I left my phone in my room and walked maybe two rooms away and they stayed connected. I'll be trying them outside while gardening later (when my pbone stays in the closed in porch while I'm all around the yard) & I have great expectations! They work as a pair and individually, potentially providing even longer play time. I haven't had them long enough to test the battery life but when I connected to my phone I saw that they came fully charged. A C-port is on the back so my phone charging stand of any USB-C cord will work with these (they do not come with a cord). I haven't sweated in them but when I move around in any way they stayed put. The sound is a little deeper or lighter depending on how I place them on my ear as well and I like that! So far they are worth the price. Glad I took a chance on these rather than the higher priced options!

I’m obsessed with these. I work in a stock room and wanted something that would let me be aware of my surroundings while still maintaining some clarity of sound and these are exactly what I needed. They stay on your ears surprisingly consistently — I’m often bending over and running around, and I haven’t had an issue with them whatsoever. Like all JLAB’s I’ve ever had, they hold charge forever. I personally haven’t had any issues with my ears getting tired of them, either, which I would’ve expected with the way they clip on. Audio quality is more or less what you’d expect, but it’s not tinny and doesn’t have to be super loud for it to be clear. Like others have mentioned, you can make out the bass surprisingly well. Some say they’re embarrassing to wear, but I have long hair and also don’t care. No one’s ever said anything to me about them — in fact I’m pretty sure they just get perceived as weird earrings and people don’t even realize you’re listening to music. Can’t say that there’s any sound bleed — I haven’t gotten any comments from coworkers or customers out on the floor about the fact that they can hear my music, so I think they’re reliable on that end as well. Genuinely the coolest earbuds I’ve ever owned — don’t know how I lived without them.

These earbuds are a little cumbersome to get use to. Sound quality is good. Touch controls are somewhat confusing for a new user. The clip-on cuff fit is nice especially being I wear glasses, there is no interference with the ear piece so my ears don’t stick out. Update: For some unknown reason these earbuds now slip down my ear making it very hard to hear the person I’m talking with on the phone. I’m not able to pinch them tighter to hold on my ear so I have to turn the volume up to hear who or what I’m listening to.

I want to like these. The sound quality is great. And I’m a huge sound quality person. I’m not into too much bass or treble. I love a good warm sound. So the sound quality is not an issue. The issue I have is with the connectivity. I’ve had these earphones for about two days. And I have put them through the wringer. I’ve walked around Walmart. I’ve cut grass. And every time I put my phone in my pocket, the earbuds become disconnected. They get out of sync. I don’t know if it’s just this pair. But again, I want to like them. The hold on my ears is quite snug. I love the app. It lets me customize my EQ. It also allows me to turn off the touch features when I’m moving around too much. The microphone is phenomenal. One of the reasons why I pick these is so that I can have an open hair concept and I can hear people around me and still be able to talk to whoever I’m talking to on my phone. No complaints there. I have bigger ears and I wish I could get them closer to my ear canal, but that’s neither here nor there. The major issue is the connectivity. Fix that and this product would be top-notch.

I can’t remember when I purchased these but I have them still now and it’s almost September 2026. I use these every single day. I actually dropped on earbud in the parking lot for two days and found it and it still works. They last ongoing for my four hour shift plus my workout so about 5 hours music playtime. Fantastic headset. Wish the battery life was longer bc the comfort of these are so comfy I forget I’m wearing them which is how I lost one for two days. Oh I lost it in the parking lot in the rain too so they are water resistant at least. 10/10 recommend. Sound quality is also great. You can hear on the outside a little when it’s at full volume.

I have been very pleased with these clip on earbuds. I do not like complete noise cancellation, so these work great for in office or walking the dogs. I was not sure I would like them, but they work great! Do not hurt my ears, great sound quality, and REALLY great battery life. Easy to use, great price!

The sound (music) is pretty decent when it's working. But the bluetooth connection is the worst I've ever experienced. I've had several very cheap no-name earbuds, which all had shorter range than my Powerbeats Pro--but these Jab Flex are even shorter. When there is a connection, it is imperfect (frequent popping sound). This is with all my devices (TV, PC) when I'm home alone and using no other devices. I get lots of interference when there are many other people around, like at the gym. And it loses connection when my phone (iPhone 15 Pro) is in my pocket and I move my head or leg a certain way, which is especially useless while cycling. These absolutely can't be your one-set-for-everything earbuds, but I'm still keeping them--just for cycling. It mostly works when connected to the Apple Watch on my wrist, but even then it sometimes cuts out when I turn my head.

Very comfortable. I have small ears and earbuds are typically a problem for me. I'm not sure what the issue is, but typically I cannot keep an earbud in my ear to save my life. I used to have a pair of the galaxy buds that had the clip on the side that you swiveled into your ear but they discontinued them and they started to get old so when I knew I needed a new pair, I was a little panicky. I saw somebody wearing these style of headphones, and I thought they might work for me. Luckily I was right. These clip into my ear so securely that I legitimately forget that they're there. The open ear style does mean that they are not as loud as other types of earbuds. I am okay with that but they don't work for my partner who needs something louder. I also appreciate how they easily connect to my phone. Sometimes the buttons revert to the default, which I am not sure why that happens and it is really annoying when it does. Overall, these are a five star pair of headphones other than the annoying issue with the buttons.

These JLab Flex Open Earbuds are perfect for me as someone who can’t wear normal earbuds. They don’t fall out and they are comfortable. You can hear both songs and calls clearly, even in fairly loud outdoor areas. The teal colour adds a nice touch too. I highly recommend these earbuds.

購入して2か月ほど利用しましたが、満足しています。 慣れていないときは少し耳が痛くなりましたが、慣れたら問題ありませんでした。 想像していたより音が良く、着ける角度にもよりますが音量も問題ありません。 周りの音が普通に聞こえるため、地下鉄など騒音の多い場所では少し聞こえにくいです。 挟むタイプなので簡単に外れないというのも助かります。片手で付けるのは慣れがいるかも...

I bought these to replace a different brand of open ear buds that stopped charging. So far these have been great - they last a lot longer than my old ones - the cuff design works well - it does take a little more getting used to for me - but the clarity is good. It has only been a week - but I am happy so far.

Les écouteurs sont stables, aucun tracas pour le maintien aux oreilles. Ils ne bougent pas et ne provoquent aucune gêne, même avec lunettes sur le nez. Possibilité d'écoute même dans un environnement assez bruyant. Sans ANC, on entend bien sûr les 2 sources. Il faut augmenter le volume... Point faible: on n'entend pas les basses si on ne rapproche pas la sortie son du conduit auditif. C'est ce qui m'a poussé à retourner l'article dès après mon premier test dans une rue bruyante. Le niveau de satisfaction dépendra de l'usage que l'on en aura (musique ou voix, ville ou compagne,...) Aucun problème pour effectuer le retour ce jour.
