I purchased this paper because it was a good value and something that I could use in my Phomemo M835 thermal printer. This paper is less expensive than the Phomemo brand paper and the quality of the print on this paper is much better than I was getting with the roll of paper that came with my printer. This paper is of excellent quality and it's not as glossy as others. You can write on it with a pen. While you may be tempted to order more than you need at the moment please keep in mind that like other thermal paper it does have a shelf life of 2-3 years. Rolled paper is easy to use if your thermal printer supports it and I noticed that after printing this paper doesn't curl back up as much as the last brand of paper I had been using. The U.S. letter size of 8.5 width is perfect and I am very happy with the overall functionality and quality of this paper.

Great quality continuous copying paper. Only issue I had was one roll was rolled the wrong way and I had to flip it to use. Thanks to AI assistance *Alexa* we figured out what was wrong and that it was not my printer. 🖨😃😁 But great quality product for a great price. 👍🏼🤝🫶

This printer is AMAZING! It prints quickly. It's quiet. Hooks up to your bluetooth with no issues. Not having to worry about ink at all is a game changer. If you are thinking about getting a thermal printer, you won't be disappointed with this one.

This paperwork is pretty good. the packaging was opened and the papers were a little wrinkled. But I kept the paper, because it actually worked. The paper size is accurate and easy to install. The papers look very professional and feel like good quality. If you print multiple papers, you'll have to fold the paper in between each page and you know, cut it. Because there's no actual ridges.

Good quality paper.

Delivery: white bubbled envelope that the rolls were shipped in came to my house opened. The bag inside the white bubbled envelope that held the rolls also came opened. This caused the product to be damaged. Quality: poor! 2/8 rolls came unrolled without a seal; another roll was loosely rolled with the seal partially on; the other rolls had bent edges and corners. Ease of use: not easy. I have a Phomemo printer and the roll of paper they provide goes in different then these rolls bought by this seller. Initially I couldn’t get the printer to print on the paper. Just as I was about to return the product, I checked the reviews to see if others had the same issue and they did. One gentleman put in his review that you had to remove the printer spacers and install the roll the opposite of how it’s usually installed. Once I took the reviewers advice (he has a video showing how do remove spacer and install roll), I was able to get the printer to spit out the paper and print. Size: it’s about 1/2in shorter than my original rolls that came with the printer and my printer spacers could not accommodate the size either, but once spacers are removed this is no longer a issue. Functionality: At first it didn’t work. I could get the printer to spit the paper out or print. In the case of my Phonemo printer you adjust spacers to the size of the roll and install the roll with the slide out paper being over the bridge. But with the rolls from this seller you have to remove your spacer and install the roll with the slide out paper being under the bridge. When I say slide out paper, I mean the part that comes out as the paper is printing. Once you remove spacers and install the roll backwards, your printer will spit out the paper and print. These rolls should come with freaking instructions since they are not installed like the original rolls that came with my printer. Hopefully I was clear and I helped. I fiddle around for an hour and wasted a lot of paper before I figured things out. Hopefully I saved you the trouble. I have these on subscription. The first order the rolls came perfectly intact and beautifully shipped. This order came damaged, opened, and in disarray. If this happens again, I will have to unsubscribe and go with another vendor. Since I am at a 1:1 ratio, I’ll give it another shot. Based on the other reviews the bag being opened and the rolls unraveled and damaged has happened to others. What good does buying printer paper from you if it comes damaged? I need the vendor to understand this and do better.
