This is a really nice set -- lots of frying and saute pans, plus the pots. They are really nice, well made, more scratch-resistant than other pots and pans.My husband used the 2-qt pot and a saute pan and both were great. When he used one for scrambled eggs, he didn't use oil at all (he usually does). No need. I loved that. We noted the insturctions said not to use aerosol spray cans of oil, so now we do want to look for a good spray bottle for when we do need oil.Everything cleaned super easily.The flat covered are really great for storage too. Very happy with these.

To start, this set is so pretty and so much fun in this blue color! I was so impressed with these pots and pans. My water boils noticeably quicker and my food cooks faster and more evenly. They have a great weight to them without being too heavy. They truly are nonstick - I haven’t had a single issue with anything sticking so I’ve used less butter and cooking spray. They’re a breeze to clean too, which is a major bonus. I appreciate that these can be tossed in the dishwasher although I’ve been handwashing them to extend their life. Major bonus points for being able to grab the handles while cooking without burning my fingers off. I don’t need a pot holder to take my pots and pans off the stove anymore.

For a very long time I have done all of my cooking using high non-stick and a few cast iron pieces. Ceramic struck me as a potentially interesting alternative to non-stick, and I liked the fact that this Ninja set's surface was especially durable and scratch resistant.The cookware itself shows very high quality. The pieces are hefty and have good balance. The "midnight blue" finish on my set is very good looking and the little ridge at the rim looks nice. The lids all have a snug fit, and it might have been nice if Ninja had added a steam vent. I also found that although the handles on the lids would stay cool to the touch, the metal rim could get very hot and so one needs to be aware of that, and be careful not to let the edge of a hot lid brush against bare skin.For me, the pans seem to heat slowly, and then behave rather unpredictably. As one example, making a grilled cheese sandwich by my usual method produced one side that was too brown, another that was not brown enough, with cheese in the middle that had not melted. I fully expect to make some adjustments when working on a new surface but I don't want to have to learn how to cook all my familiar dishes from scratch. So sadly I will be donating this set to a worthy organization who can help someone in need.I suspect for anyone who is already accustomed to cooking on ceramic surfaces, this set will be pleasing (and it certainly should be for the listed price). I do like the look, feel, and quality. so even though it is not a "keeper" for me, I have everyone reason to think that a more "seasoned" ceramic user would love it.
