This is so comfortable and a great first time purchase of a waist trainer/corset type garment. I have hypermobile EDS and needed some back support for everyday use. I can wear it all day and it fits nicely. The hooks are a bit fiddly at first but once you get used to putting it on, it's easy enough and simple to put on/take off.Order your usual size. Would recommend this product! Good price for what it is. The material is comfortable too.

Size 8-10 & a small fits comfortably. A bit too stretchy so not as effective as it could be, but it's very wearable.

I have purchased a waist trainer before from another site but it never actually cinched my waist properly as it already fit me. However I tried this waist trainer in one size smaller and it cinches my waist in very good. If you want to look snatched to the gods! :) purchase it. The hook and zip combination brings the waist in more and looks casual on its own with a sports bra. I would wear this under a dress or on its own with a top as it could pass for normal clothing. It is very flattering on my curves with soft material. I would 100% recommend for people serious about getting in to waist training for this affordable product. I plan to start my journey wearing it daily soon to see results however after wearing it just for one day I did notice a slight difference already.

For reference my waist is 66cm/26 inches and a UK size 6 in tops and 10 in bottoms and the only on the tightest does it do something. It is too stretchy as well but other than that is very comfortable. I wish it had more steel beams as then it would be less stretchy but it did take 4cm off my waist only on the tightest. Will keep as no other corsets i have found have xxs.

Waste of time and money the sizing is completely off I ordered xl and I used the size guide and it’s so lose that it’s pointless (and it says M on the packaging) Also it only has two pieces of boning both at the back and it’s too stretchy.

The media could not be loaded.  Took a huge risk, thinking I'll simply return it if it doesn't work out but thank goodness it did. I loved the fact that the hooks can be alternated to squeeze where you need/ can, and the zip covers everything seamlessly. The hook above the zip gives me an added sense of security. Well made for a good price. Feels strong and sturdy. I ordered a size lower but I wasn't going for comfortability, just that snatched look I feel it gives. Only con I wish it was 3-5cms longer.

if your looking for something to fix your poster i would recommend this but if your looking for something to slim your waist as a smaller girl i wouldn’t. i bought this and it didn’t slim my waist at all i’m a UK size 6/8 and i got the size small and it was bigger than i expected it didn’t slim down my stomach even the slightest and was still very noticeable i admit i’m not on the bigger size but i have gained weight especially around my stomach and was looking for something to slim it down whilst i was working/ outside. it didn’t look any different from when i wasn’t wearing it and actually a disappointment. As for the breast lifting it is very minor and unnoticeable so it doesn’t help in that aspect either.I do recommend for back pain and posture as it did relieve some that i had been experiencing for a while so in that aspect it does very well but if you are looking for something to slim your stomach if your a size 12 and below i wouldn’t recommend it.

I was really worried about ordering at first after seeing so many mixed reviews on sizing BUT I would 100% recommend going for the size you are. I ended up going for a medium being a size 10/5:6 but I now need to buy a smaller size. I’m not a small 10 and tend to find in jeans I’m more a 12...I hope this helps ladies when choosing your size :). This waist trainer is brilliant hence why I’m ready to get my next. It does take some getting useto however it shapes to your body and pulls you in nicely which is a massive thumbs up! I can see results already and I’ve only been wearing for a week. I also have plates in my back from a spinal fusion and the belt has helped with my pain and posture. All round a great buy ladies :)
