Whilst it did the job and we had no problem with it initially, it shorted inside the unit which we had no way to repair without invalidating warranty. This meant the unit lasted 6 months. Having spoken to Amazon’s tech team they couldn’t help and have began the refund process, this however is an arduous process as they require the unit shipped back. I’m not an electrician or plumber but this job was DISGUSTING, to expect me to do this. Stagnant water etc builds up so much mood and goodness knows what else I could hardly breathe. Then as it was purchased through a third party seller I can’t exchange I have to wait now for my refund and also purchase another unit from another seller so I am over £300 out of pocket now. Not including the fact I will have to pay to have the second unit fitted as I am sure amazon or the supplier will not cover the labour for this?? Will you? Very disappointed and disgusted at what I’ve had to go through for a refund. I can guarantee video footage should be enough for something like this. No one will be opening this up.
