Great watch and great Customer Service!
This watch is great! I actually had one I bought in July 2025 that were great until May 2026. For some reason the screen started to pixelate. I contacted the customer service for the watch company and they were great! They sent me out a new watch once I gave them my order number and explained what was going on with the watch. Within a day they had it shipped out and I received it within three days. The new watch works great also! Great customer service and a great product! Thank you so much!

Is NOT waterproof
Watch was received a month ago and I was very pleased. Very elegantly packaged, functionality met my needs, HOWEVER, watch is listed as waterproof yet mine barely got wet and the watch stopped working. All that shows now is a bright white screen. If you are looking for an everyday watch, this should meet your needs, just know that if it gets wet, chances are, it will stop working. 0/10, would not recommend

The two magnets on the charger cord they fall out so you can't charge your phone.
Battery charger cord connects to the watch the two magnets fall out and you can't charge your phone without those two magnets so that's why I got me another watch.
