Super fresh, smells amazing, smooth & wonderfully delicious. The owner of the farm roasts the beans fresh & ships out to you within 24 hours of roasting. The freshest coffee I've ever had. Absolutely delightful. He even sent a handwritten note. Will buy Kona exclusively from this farm / roaster from now on.

i was pleasantly surprised when the coffee i ordered arrived a day earlier than the estimated time of arrival stated when i placed the order. plus, the coffee, CREMA DE KONA was in a beautiful bag....and the smell of the coffee was divine!!! the taste, even better. i consider this one of the best coffees in the world..... CREMA DE KONA, medium dark roast ...and to get it early and smelling and tasting so fresh was indeed a tremendous joy....william k. joseph

I purchased the 5 lbs Medium Roast bag. It came much early than estimated with a note saying he was able to roast, package, and ship the same day as my order. I liked that personal touch of the note. Shortly after I purchased a Keurig, not realizing at the time that because it was a professional model, the reusable filter cups they sell were not compatible. I spent a great deal of time researching to find an off brand filter cup that would work because it was either that, or returning the machine, because i was not giving up my favorite coffee. Thankfully, i found one so I can enjoy my favorite coffee every day. I will absolutely buy this again.

So many good things to say about this product and company! I bought this as a gift for my coffee-connoisseur brother-in-law's birthday, and since he loved it so much, I bought it again for him for Christmas. It was expected to arrive sometime between Dec. 18th-26th, but it arrived today on the 16th! Also came with a handwritten note. I don't typically write reviews, but for such a great product and customer service, it's the least I can do. Thanks for making awesome coffee and for being awesome people!

smells bad , looks bad, taste worse. Don't waste your money.
