Love this. Best lip balm I’ve ever used. Keeps lips moisturised for hours and has long term plumping effect on lips too.

Defective brush.
Didn't have a chance to use it as my tube was defective. Brush came off stick and got stuck inside the bottle. What a disappointment. Afraid to buy another one as it might be the same. Had a lip oil from Byoma and it was great. Amazon did a refund but I am disappointed in brand itself.

Thick long lasting glossy and lips do feel softer
Very very thick and quite sticky yet this helps it to last a long time on lips. Lips do feel softer after using think I need to use longer before I know for sure how effective it is but so far I've nothing bad to say

Love this lip mask and all Byoma products. Will be buying again.

Great lip mask, rubbish applicator design
I really wanted to love this product as I love Byoma, but the applicator broke on first use. The tip gets stuck inside the packaging so you can't use the product. I ordered a replacement and that did exactly the same thing. The formula itself is good so I will find a way to use it, but the packaging seems faulty.

Product defective
Unfortunately the wand can’t be taken oat of container as the sponge applicator separated from stick and is stuck inside - haven’t managed to use one drop. Sadly also can’t get refund or replacement as outside of “window of opportunity “😫 .
