Useless product
It may be useful for garlic crushing bur not for ginger. It broke while crushing ginger. This item is made of zinc, not of stainless steel as mentioned. Not strong.

Nice product. Though it is useful but it leaves residue in the machine itself which you anyhow have to remove using hand. So i might as well do same by simple knife . It is easy to use though. Difficult to clean.
