It's a good product. This is the second time I ordered this item. It does work and help with my hot flashes. I would definitely recommend this product.

I won’t be buying this again because it has a chemical smell I don’t tolerate. I upgraded my review because the seller contacted me & refunded my money even though I didn’t ask for a refund which was nice. .

I have been using this for awhile and it works great. I rub it on my inner thighs, stomach, and inner arms. It helps my hot feet tremendously. My feet get burning sensations at night and I have had to sleep with ice packs in order to fall asleep. The very first time I used this, all of that went away. Now I can’t go without it. I put it on right before bed. It has a very light heat to it but that heat can be elevated and I found out the hard way. I take showers in the morning and just recently took a shower at night before bed and that is when I apply this cream. My pores were obviously still open when I put this on and it got incredibly hot real fast. It was very uncomfortable and burned like crazy. I had to rinse it off. So I do not recommend putting this on right after a shower. But it is easy to use and a little goes a long way. This is small enough to fit in my bedside drawer and worth every penny. I will definitely be buying more of this and would recommend it to anyone that has a similar issue to me.

Sometimes I feel bad for the husbands of women experiencing hormone imbalance. We women can get a little bit cray-cray when things aren't balanced. It's like night and day when you finally get better. I like to have things on hand to help when that's a problem. My sisters and I look out for each other and we try to tactfully point out when one of us is not being their best self and then offer suggestions that the person might need some help. It's been a good safety net. We try to do natural things to help out in those situations. This is an item I've heard about others using to help with the balancing of the hormones. I haven't yet tried it but the ingredients are organic so that makes me feel better about trying it. I also wanted to share a little bit with others so they can try it and see if it makes a difference. Just one more tool in the health toolbox.
