At first, I used too much because I couldn’t read the small print. I even gave my husband a ‘good dose’ before one of his stressful meetings. Afterward, he said, ‘What was that stuff? This really works for me.
My naturopath recommended these. I’m amazed- after a week using these- I actually feel different. More “happy”, more “up”, less inward resistance to do hard stuff. My hubby calls it fake medicine. I work in pharma and know about the placebo effect. I’m still convinced this helped. Pleasant taste. Effective for the claims they make.
