Epsoak Naturals Collection Magnesium Flakes for Foot Spa & Relaxing Bath, 4 lb, 100% Natural & Unscented Zechstein Magnesium Chloride

I ordered magnesium flakes due to my sore muscles.They feel relaxing in a hot bath. I have to be careful though, because I tend to feel dizzy and a little spacey after use if I sit too long. It seems to improve my mild anxiousness (although this could be psychologial) and help my tired feet after a long day. The price however, is noticably higher than the magnesium flakes I'm use to getting, so I probably won't continue them long term.

These flakes dissolve easily in my bath .they work well. The bag is a nice size and has lasted me quite a while

Six cups of this in a bathtub would be a crazy waste and is unnecessary. Half a cup to a full cup if you’re REALLY REALLY sore is all you need. I love the way this dissolves fully and doesn’t leave any mess in my tub, but it makes me say “aaaah” and feel like a whole new person. Use it when you have time to soak for best results.

I tend to get tense and stiff and then have days where I push myself harder and am feeling it in my muscles. A hot bath where I soak a while can really help and alleviate the soreness , when adding this to my bath I get the relaxation and tension release along with muscles softening up to a much greater effect. No smells, I had a previous one have a rose water fragrance and that was too strong and perfume like and overwhelmed me while taking a bath. I did have some lavander in my oil diffuser and added just a few drops to the bath for extra moisture. Nice addition to my bath routine .

I get through a significant amount of Epsom salts in the bath to help with muscle soreness and overexertion. I like that this is a 4 lb bag rather than a smaller size.

These flakes dissolve quickly in a bath, and the water feels great. No complaints!

Highly recommend after a workout works great.

This is a nice epsom salt soak. They’re unscented, so you can use them with bubble bath or other scented products without clashing. I wasn’t able to reseal the bag, and that’s unfortunate, but everything else is great.
