This is not working as described!
This product is one of those that someone takes 2-3 minutes to come up with the idea! Zero power, minimal quality. Amazon, please remove these products from your market! They ruin your reputation!

Combo Effort Hydroperoxide and Vacuum
The unit seemed to work as advertised. I personally soaked a cotton ball with Hydrogen Peroxide and then squeezed the cotton ball over the ear until the canal was filled with the fluid. It made a popping sound and felt tickly for at least 30 minutes while I layed on my side. Next. I leaned over the sink and sucked out the waxy goodness using the highest setting on the vacuum while making certain NOT to push the applicator inside the ear too far. Next. I used a water (luke-warm) syringe and flushed out what the vacuum couldn't reach. I CAN HEAR! YAY!!!!

Dangerous-tip came off
Was using device on low-middle setting when white tip cam off hose and was stuck in ear - scary but was able to remove tip without ER visit.

Don't waste your money
The suction is weak, even on full power. Does not vacuum anything from ear, infact does not budge one piece of wax
