We purchased this laptop for our granddaughter that's going to college,, last week I asked her how she liked it and she told me she absolutely loves it. This is the laptop the college suggested buying so she's ready for college.

When you buy a computer you expect it to have the latest OS. This had Windows 11 Pro 23H2 instead of of 24H2 which is the latest at the time I've had better results with IST Computers and this is the first the OS was so far out of date. I also cannot get Windows 11 to activate. Not sure why. " We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license key, select troubleshoot below error code 0xc004c003. " Is this pirated? Edit 3 days later. I finally got it to register windows on its own but had to finagle a lot with it. I've never had to do this with laptops ordered directly from HP. Windows 11, 24H2 incompatible. I'm also unable to install RSAT which is remote server administration tools for active directory. Whenever I try, it gives me an erroneous error that really doesn't mean anything. Additionally, I'm unable to install hyper-v administration tools. It gives me the same erroneous error. I'm am 100% dissatisfied. I have a feeling that IST Computers pieces these together. I won't buy from IST Computers again. I have spent more time troubleshooting a brand new laptop than working this week. More - continuing troubleshoot error 0x8000ffff. Looks like I'm glooming to need to wipe the drive and reinstall windows 11 24H2. I'm stuck and I cannot install RSAT and hyper-v admin tools. I also looked at windows update logs and this laptop has been sitting around since 11/2023 and they have been patching it over time. I want to return it for refund. This is laptop is not acting right. Weeks later and final update. I did a fresh install of Windows 11 24H2 and the laptop works normal now. I shouldn't have had to do all these troubleshooting. You need to pick up your game IST computers, you lucked out with this one because anyone else would have returned it. Edit 11.6.25 Ordered another one and it has a noisy fan and when I registered it with HP the warranty was expired. Came with windows 23H2 not 24H2 or 25H2. IST is a gamble.

As a professional who needs both power and portability, I was looking for a laptop that could handle heavy multitasking while still being durable enough for daily travel. The HP laptop (i7, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD) checked all the boxes - and after using it for a month, I'm convinced it's one of the best business laptops out there.

This is a great Laptop! I've been looking for one like this for a while. check out places like BB but theirs didn't have the larger hard drive or memory for what I needed and was much more expensive than this one. I'm very happy with this seller, the laptop was shipped and delivered fast. I use this for my business and I'm very pleased with it's speed and performance. I would not hesitate to purchase another one if the need arises.

Less than 6 months after purchase this computer stopped working. Have not been able to get anyone to respond at IST after calling and contacting through their website. We have gone through all of the do it yourself troubleshooting and it won't boot up.

I had a 2012 Asus. This is big upgrade. Never had a HP before so hope for the best. Seems to work nice. The features of this model 450 G10 are pretty good. Has Rj45!!

Lightweight. Best laptop I ever had.
