Might do what you think it should do for your energy levels. Might not. Didn't feel any increase in energy levels, no energy boost, no pain relief. So all in all zero effectiveness for me. But who knows, it might work for you. It didn't seem to do anything bad either. So for snake oil it was benevolent kind of snake oil
