I’m enthralled with it. As an ADHD female I use a cold plunge almost daily. I love to shock my system and go under and really get the effect. Using this cold plunge helps me with serotonin release and it lasts all day. It’s fantastic for recovery from my extreme workouts. I’ve experienced many skin benefits as well.This is a high quality, extremely well made, portable cold plunge. It’s fantastic.Highly recommend.

Been trying to figure out a way to have a cold plunge without breaking the bank. Came across this on Prime day and so glad I did. I’m 6’2” and able to sit in it comfortably. Can even dunk my head with little effort. The plastic and the framing is pretty durable so far. It has been hot in our area lately, since it’s summer, so the water hasn’t been super cold without adding a decent amount of ice but still worth it. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the lid doesn’t sit securely so critters can’t get in but insects can still. Would defiantly suggest as an intro tub for cold plunges.

This is a high quality, well made tub. It's simple to put together. And very sturdy. No leaks. It's very spacious, as well. I'd recommend it.

Overall, I think this is a great tub. I've tried a different portable version and didn't like the round shape, I found it hard to get in and out of, the oval shape of this one however is much easier to use. I really like the depth and padded rail around the top. The included supports work well, and the mat is a nice addition. Overall, I think this is a great portable cold plunge option.

The ice bath seems sturdy enough. The main drawback is the cover just sets on top. I have had many spiders get in and even a slug.

I got this ice bath tub because the first one I ordered was too small for me. This one is just the right size as I’m 6 feet tall and way roughly 230 pounds. The quality of the materials is very good and this is a really sturdy plunge tub. I like the fact that it’s quick to assemble and disassemble making it an easily portable unit. In fact, I think I’m gonna take it on my next camping trip. Highly recommend.
