One of the best book I've ever came across in respect to MBA.The author explains the entire business in a nut shell.It doesn;t matter whether you're an MBA from wharton or top B-school, just by reading this book you'll have a in-depth knowledge about business like the top b school graduates have.I'll recommened this book to All and sundry :D

The cover of this book promises "A Manager's Career Development Tool" and that is exactly what it is. In my case, I already have an MBA but have been out of the work force for a while and wanted a quick refresher that I could read at my own pace. Vallabhaneni's information is well organized,thorough and practical.

MBA IQ represents an excellent tool for organizations to administer a comprehensive self assessment of business management skills to their employees. As someone who works with organizations to determine their learning and development needs, I would recommend this assessment to any of my clients looking to identify skills gaps for their employees. Devi and the APBM have done an amazing job in developing this robust, yet easy to use assessment.

I'm thinking about earning an Executive MBA next year and glad I bought the book now. There's a lot covered on this book that is new to me, given my 15+ years in sales and marketing. I feel like I'll be able to start my MBA with a good sense of what to expect.
