Clogs easily and fast
Clogs really easy. The hair cutter doesn’t help long dog hair. The hair isn’t long enough to need cut, but is thick enough to clog. Have to unclog every few minutes if you are not vacuuming every day, maybe a couple times a day. I do like the suction power, works on picking up sand which is nice. I have long hair and the built in cutter works on it.

It’s amazing
Previous: 5 stars. This is one of the greatest electronic devices you can have at home. It’s comfortable, powerful, quiet, have a lot of options to use.First impressions- it’s a really good quality product. Second impression- it’s a great quality product. From the moment I turned it on, I understood how useful stick vacuums are. But this one is so powerful and quiet. I could finally clean up some places where I could not reach with my corded one. Also I like that you can just detach the stick and use a tiny powerful vacuum in your car. It cleans my home carpet just perfectly, corners-no problem. Cleaning up kitchen cabinets not a problem anymore. I only recommend it!Upd: it worked fine for 10 month. Today it stopped working. Support is not really helpful. But for this 10 months it was a really good performing vacuum cleaner.

Great for a quick clean up
This is my first cordless vacuum and while I do like it, I'm on the fence. There are pros and cons to everything, but this vacuum works really well for smaller jobs. The suction is fantastic and it's so easy to maneuver! I wasn't expecting it to pull forward so well and it definitely takes the strain off of my shoulder compare to my other corded bagless vacuum cleaner. It was very easy to put together out of the box and I really like that it comes with a hanger to keep it stored on the wall. The vacuum isn't very loud, but its really powerful! There are 3 settings including Eco, standard and turbo. Standard works well for most jobs. I had a dog running in and out and she dragged mud, dirt and sticks all over my floor and the turbo setting even picked up the little sticks! It's so handy to not have to drag around a cord as well! There are only two things I would change on this. The canister for the debris is rather small, so for big jobs including dirt and pet hair you will be emptying it a LOT. I also wish it had a beeper to notify me when it's running low on power. The display is bright and easy to read, but if I'm concentrating on the floor I don't realize the battery is going to die. It literally just shuts off and you're out of luck whether you're at a stopping point or not. Otherwise, this is a great vacuum that is powerful, easy to maneuver and very handy!

Versatile, powerful, well made.
I’ll start and end with this: “We really like this vacuum.”We wanted a portable vacuum for a long time, but were bewildered by the styles, choices, brands, and features. A lot of the listings on Amazon seemed to be very similar, with the only difference being the color and the name on the box. The Osotek seemed unique in design and features, so we ordered up.First, I am impressed by the build quality. Construction is largely plastic, but the finish, construction, and feel all speak to a high grade item. Looks and feel don’t mean much if a vacuum doesn’t…vacuum! We wanted this for the instances where we didn’t’ want to haul out our heavy, corded, full sized vacuum. Yes, that kind of vacuum develops more suction, and has more dust capacity; if you dump a potted plant or the in-laws are coming, use that one. But for the routine cleaning chores and touch-ups, smaller is easier and works great. It is surprisingly quiet. Even on the highest level (of 3), noise level is low. On the lowest, it’s downright polite. On that low setting, you can thoroughly clean along the edges of rugs, against cabinets and in crevices. I use medium most of the time, and I haven’t found anything the Osotek doesn’t pick up. I only need high for carpeted areas or heavy debris that’s been tracked in the house. Two features that I really like are: 1) the way the dust compartment opens: Remove the attachment, point the unit down into a receptacle, push the open button and it dumps. You may have to reach up to fish out some of the larger bits. The dust receiver disassembles and is washable. 2) (and this was a big thing for us) I like the fact that you can remove the battery from the vacuum to charge separately. This was a necessity for us, as there’s no outlet near where we have it wall-mounted.By the numbers: Osotek reports an hour battery life. Well, on high? Nope. The digital battery readout falls in real time. On medium? Maybe close. On low? Probably. To be fair, I expect the battery to develop longer life with a few more charge cycles. Recharging from dead flat took about two hours. FWIW, neither the battery nor the charger developed much heat during charging operation. I plan to get a second battery; Osotek says these will be available soon (if not by the time you read this).Negatives? Not many. I mentioned the battery life, but that was not a surprise, and Osotek’s estimate is realistic. I would like for the wall mount to hold the attachments, but we solved that with a wall mount basket as shown in the photo. We hang it with the long extension in place. Could it be lighter? Maybe, but probably not without sacrificing build quality and suction power. The instructions are pretty good. The one thing that puzzled me was how to disconnect the attachments. The long extension, the main powered and small powered heads all snap in positively, and the instructions did not say how to disconnect them. The trick is to hold the main unit and pull the collar of the attachment away; this detaches the coupling.So. Yes, we really like it. I’d give it 4.5 stars because of the minor issues I mention, but those are not adequate to go to four; so, five stars it is.

I expected a lot and got much more!
I used a brand-name plug-in vacuum cleaner to vacuum a Persian carpet. When finished it looked very clean. Then I ran this new cordless one. OMG, it picked up more debris than I thought was possible. You get the idea, so nuff said.

Not for Dyson Users
The media could not be loaded. I really tried not to compare it to Dyson. As an owner of multiple Dysons for a number of years, I cannot help but expect a similar performance to a Dyson. There are a few shortcomings based on my first experience.(-) It's odd that it's hard to maneuver on the carpet at the highest power. That is a shame because that is when you need the highest power.(-) The joints are not as flexible as, sorry, Dyson. Hence I'm not able to push the cleaner head in further underneath the furniture as you can see from the video.(-) As you can see in the video, emptying the bin is very awkward. Also, the fine dust gets attracted to all over the vacuum body. :-(It's not totally unusable so I don't want to give it 2 stars but I would be lying if I say it's a good product. If I had a choice, I would give it 2.5 stars.
