I'm typically a Medium in amazon clothing (US dress size 4-6, 5'5, 135lbs, 34D). I had to exchange the size medium for a large. The Large fits me perfectly, and it's still a close fitting tee. I bought it in two colors. The white is not sheer. I wear this with high waisted jeans, and you can only see a tiny bit of my stomach, maybe 1-2 centimeters. Exactly what I wanted. This is 95% cotton, and I wish it was softer. It's definitely not the softest cotton shirt I've ever had, but it's fine.
