Lowers cholesterol
High cholesterol runs in my family and I’ve been told my levels were boarder line since I was a teenager. I work out 5x/week and minimally ate fried/fast food for most of my life and my levels just wouldn’t budge. I started taking these and after 6 months my levels were finally normal! Total cholesterol went from 210 to162. After all these years of watching diet and exercise, it was these little gummies that did the trick in hardly no time. I’m glad I came across them

Adding this choleserol supplement to my daily intake has paid off.
I am so glad I found these cholesterol supplements! My cholesterol level was 222 in April. After taking these supplements my cholesterol dropped to 183 by September -- a total of 39 points less! I also started adding steel cut oatmeal and an apple just about every day to my daily food and made a good effort to stay away from foods high in transfat and saturated fat. I was able to not have to go on statins, which is a relief.

Intestinal gas... otherwise good.
It does help to lower cholesterol BUT it resulted in lots of gas daily!! I had to stop taking this due to the gas issue. Tastes great and these gummies don't stick to your teeth, which is great.

Cholesterol down
I have genetically high cholesterol (exercise daily, eat properly, etc) and after 12 months of taking these consistently, my LDL dropped 50 points! I know my cholesterol battle will be constant for me given genetics but I was excited to see this. I paired this with a liver support supplement so hard to say which did what but worth a shot if you’re young like me and there’s nothing else you can do with your food or exercise because you’re doing it all!

Lowered My Cholestrol!
Definitely lowered my cholestrol! My cholestrol in October 2024 was at 137. I started to take the gummies in November 2024 and then took a break in January 2025. I resumed to take the gummies again in February up until now. My new blood work shows it has dropped to 107 which is a 30 point drop. I was skeptical in taking these gummies after reading the reviews of how it didn't lower the cholestrol for others but only made the bad cholestrol higher. With that being said, everyone's body is different and that me going into this was a risk that paid off. I will continue to take these gummies versus taking a statin pill.
