I was using other sleep gummies with melatonin in them and I would often wake up super groggy. These have no melatonin and I am falling asleep faster, and am waking up with no grogginess and feeling better. They taste great too! Love these! Could probably take just a half.

Whats not to love. BLUEBERRY FLAVOR IS THE BEST! Not to mention the OMEGAS for inflamation 5htp & ltheanine. If you can't sleep , can't relax try these. Try them just for the taste. Yes that good. Cost affective. I had a surprise INSOMNIA along with menopause and not wanting to take a prescription I tried these. Just don't take more than the recommended lights out! To buy the supplements an d doses in these would cost 3x as much. This is a well rounded supplement. I used to buy all 3 seoerate chia seeds for omegas, 5htp & ltheanine. Problem solved and my bank account thanks me. Forget melatonin that never worked. But this product checks every box. Great price, lasts, works and no side affects. If you can't sleep try this 😴 lights out no groggy next day

These are the only things that work to provide me calmness and quiet my brain enough to sleep for a few hours and then I wake up and take one more in the middle of the night and it carries me through to the morning. It will be a long time if I ever stop using this formula or if I ever find anything better. NOTHING else works unless I take muscle relaxers and those give me a hangover. I'm very thankful for these gummies.

These are quite helpful, but I have to take with other supplements. They taste fine, and I’m definitely sleeping better, but I am taking other supplements with it. I will buy again.

They work excellent for me. Very simple ingredients, not a bunch of fluff that hurts your kidneys.

These supplements made me very sick!! I won't go into the gory details, but let's just say I spent my days between the bed and the bathroom for 3 days straight until I figured out these were the culprit. The effects were not immediate, so it was hard to tell. Symptoms started hours after taking them. Unfortunately, they aren't returnable, so now I'm stuck with a bunch of gummies that I can't take and money down the drain. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
