Ample Supply
This bag of arrowroot powder is a hefty 2lbs! This will last you quite a long time and is a good value. It’s good quality - very finely milled. It’s a very effective thickening agent and a great substitute for cornstarch - I prefer arrowroot for its smoother texture, easy dissolving, and lack of chalky/weird flavor. I would highly recommend this!

Large bag of Arrowroot starch
This is a large bag of arrowroot powder. It can be used as a cornstarch substitute, for thickening (it doesn’t need heat to thicken), or other purposes (like getting a good crispy crust on fried tofu, or baking). It’s a good option to have in the kitchen, and this is a good value.

Wonderful, Huge Bag of Cornstarch!
This is a great bag of arrowroot (cornstarch). It's packaged very well, in a resealable pack that tears open across the top.I've used this for thickening sauces, and it works great. There's no floury taste with it, and it's very well ground. This will work for whatever you'd use flour to thicken-- soups, slurries, stews, etc. This is going to last me a very long time!Recipe for white sauce:Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a saucepan. Add 1 tbsp of arrowroot along with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder (if desired). Stir till smooth. Add 1.5 cups milk or half-and-half. When thickened and starting to bubble, add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

Good stuff
Some Asian desserts call for a bit of arrowroot powder as a thickener, which I never had on hand and now I do! Works well when the recipe calls for it.I also use it for cornstarch substitute, most recently using arrowroot powder to make a strawberry compote.Good to have on hand and arrowroot has better health benefits than cornstarch. The bag doesn’t seal as well because of the powder getting stuck in the seams so I just roll it up with a clip or can transfer it to another container.

Huge!
This is a ginormous bag of arrowroot! It will last me quite some time. While it is food grade, I actually am using it to make deodorant. It mixes and dissolves well into my warm mixture and isn’t grainy once cooled. I will definitely be a repeat customer
