Love these bags for my sourdough bread and cookies. They are super easy to assemble. The quality is great- bags are super sturdy and can hold a lot of weight and goodies without any issues. I love the little clear windows that showcase the baked goods and looks so cute for gifting. My only complaint is once you put the sticker on and then open the bag you can’t reseal with the same sticker so you either had to use a new sticker or find another way to store to keep fresh.

Used to make sourdough and these were perfect for the loaves! Now I mainly make bagels as I wasted my starter as loaves were going to waste unfortunately. But I absolutely love these bags! I got them to start my sourdough biz but that hobby burnt out when I realized how much I’d have to put into doing it. If you do have a business I wouldn’t recommend buying only 52 of course, I would rather buy something in bulk, BUT if you are like me where you just like to make some baked goods every now and then for friends and family this is perfect for you :) and just perfect if you want to make for yourself and need to store the goods away properly. It is a little flimsy and I’m not sure if the bag is supposed to be a bit on the thin side, but you get what you paid for and it’s good enough for me since our smaller goods go fast. I’ve noticed that when I used to make the sourdough loaves you definitely have to wait until the loaf is completely cool or room temp bc if you put it in the bag even with just any type of warmth it ruins the bag much faster and traps the heat inside. So things can get moldy fast, but I’d just transfer it to another bag or just wait fully. Hard to do if you want to give to others fresh though.
