Excellent on ramen, and also pizza
The absolute best furikake out there. Do yourself a favor and get this. The bonito is very present and it gives a great depth to the flavor.

Not happy with expiration date
Seems like a good product but it expires in 4 months and I'm not happy about that. I won't use it in that amount of time. Since there's fish in it, I may keep it in the frig.

Authentic Japanese Flavor
I love the flavor that this adds to plain rice or sushi. It gives my sushi rolls and other Asian recipes an authentic taste I only get at my favorite Asian Restaurants and Sushi Bars. I'll definitely be buying it again, for my own use and to give my foodie friends and the other chefs I've met over a few decades in the restaurant business a fun and useful gift! The price certainly helps in gifting this to more people, without breaking my bank account. ;)

Super delicious savory umami seasoning!
Terrific full-bodied flavor; got this seasoning after it was recommended on French fries and wow, it’s a great way to mix up flavor! I love using this in basmati rice and combined with egg roll filling. I’m definitely going to try it with more starchy foods to see how it punches them up too!

Yummy flavor
Love the size of the bottle. I usually buy the glass bottle but this one holds more. Great flavor, tastes like it’s loaded with fresh shrimp and seaweed. Great on rice or saimin. Would recommend and buy again
