If you’re looking for a basic “barista style” gooseneck pour-over kettle, this will do nicely. Pro: Fast. Water for two avg. size mugs (2 cup capacity) with room for milk reaches full boil in about a minute and a half and automatic shutoff at about three minutes and a half. You can begin pouring anytime during that window in my experience. Lined with stainless steel. Black and silver finish blends beautifully with our black granite countertops and the other black appliances. While heating there’s a nice blue LED that lights up on the lever. Nice touch. Con: Outside of kettle is not insulated so it does get hot. You have to train yourself to only use the handle which is durable plastic and does not heat up, but which also feels good solid and balanced in your pouring hand. Totally worth it for the price. Great little kettle that gets the job done fast and looks good doing it. Note: I only use it for boiling water, so cleaning isn’t much of an issue for me. It does have an inside rod along one edge, which does the heating, which would require you to get a behind it with a sponge I guess. (See photo)

LOVE this thing. it's been years since I've had a good electric kettle and I love this. I live at a high altitude and this thing heats up QUICK. It's simple to use, looks nice and I love that the kettle is separate from the base. My last kettle was an all-in-one so I had to unplug it every time I was pouring it. This one I just leave plugged in to a smart outlet and just move the kettle to fill it and pour. Great quality and easy to clean because of that too.

Tired of waiting for my old-school kettle to boil, I decided I wanted an electric kettle. This one boils water very quickly (like in about 3 minutes!) and has an automatic shut off, so there's no worry about forgetting to turn it off. It's built well, looks great on our countertop and super easy to operate and clean. We mainly use this to make tea, but it'd be great for making pour-over coffee, too. I am happy with this purchase and think it's a good value for the quality and reliable performance it delivers. I highly recommend this kettle.

This is a great alternative for a stove kettle. It heats the water up so quickly. Plus, it looks great next to my coffee station. And it’s perfectly paired with the French press that we got.

Let's be honest, the appeal of this kettle is that it is cheap for what you are getting. It's actually a great deal. It works, and that's all people really need for this price. All the basic bells and whistles with auto shut off et al. They work just fine. There are a few things to nit pick though. First, it is relatively slow to heat up. Takes a few minutes. Second, the minimum you can boil is 0.5 liters. Given that a normal size coffee cup is roughly half that... this is not at all for single servings. The reverse problem is that it maxes out at 0.8 as well. Which makes it somewhat awkward in sizing. Lastly, the 'level indicator' is actually a separate tubing that water rises into. You don't actually see inside the kettle. Which means the level indicated can be ever so slightly off from the actual amount inside. Slightly. Barely noticeable, but it is there. Do these nitpicks detract from the kettle? Eh. Not really. Just know what you are getting for this price. Still a bargain.

Great hot water kettle, fast and pours without a problem

Perfect for pour-over coffee without needing a separate gooseneck equipped container for pouring. This replaced my other Chefman kettle at the office (still going strong, just supplanted) for the ease of use it provides. The base is stable and not prone to sliding, and the kettle itself is stable on my desk making me feel safe having it near my co-workers' errant elbows. The kettle promptly shuts off when the water is boiling, without stopping too soon. The water level indicator window makes water levels easy to see. Cleaning is not difficult, but my hand does not fit inside so I have to use a brush on a stick, but this is mitigated by using good water to avoid calcification. The boiled water has no extra flavors or particles, smelling and tasting as expected. This is more important for me than it may seem because I'm very sensitive to flavors that do not belong. This kettle has been working well, and looks to last a long time just as the previous kettle (now sitting on the shelf for mass hot water for tea and coffee emergencies), and is attractive on the corner of my desk. It is as described and pictured in the listing, so there is no need to add images. 5/5 stars -- I'm considering another for home.

Es servidores de punto 8 litros calienta muy rápido la jarra es de metal trae un medidor para que veas hasta dónde tienes de agua un botón que bota automáticamente al calentar el agua el cable se ve resistente y viene con la base para el calentado además de que el cuello cisne me encantó porque no derramas nada fuera de tu taza

El funcionamiento y acabado del material es bueno, pero la construcción deja que desear, el interruptor es de baja calidad, no es firme y se suelta a veces, en el interior del recipiente hay algunas "uniones" así que tengo el temor de que ahí se alojen bacterias, funciona pero requiere más mantenimiento a largo plazo que una hervidora común sin electricidad.
