I love a good collapsible bowl. Tongs and bowl are good quality. Lid seals well. Everything fits nicely in the bowl while it's collapsed for convenient storage. Perfect for breading my chicken!

Used to make chicken Parmesan the other night and was really easy to use and my fingers didn’t get encrusted in breading by doing it the old fashioned way.

The tabs on the screen help to keep the silicone bowl from collapsing. This being said if you push down on the bowl with slight pressure it will collapse.

I have always breaded pork, chicken and steak with 3 pans. But, if this allows for the same result with less mess I'm all for it. Overall I think it works pretty well for a basic flour and breadcrumb mix. But, a three pan mix of flour, beaten eggs and then breadcrumbs which I use for chicken parmesan is a non starter.Fried chicken and fried pork chops - this works pretty well.

If you like frying things in cornstarch, this bowl is perfect. The rack fits a whole block of tofu chopped up and is perfect for this purpose. probably too small for whole chicken breasts, but cut up smaller pieces will fit. Bowl had a bit of a chemical smell on arrival but washed off easily. The foldable storage is nice.

I returned the bowl because the collapsible bottom was very flimsy.
