I've proven this several times by documenting controlled start/stop usage. Consistently, I see the effects after three days. I stop and my 65-year old knees and hips begin to ache almost non-stop. I resume my 3/day routine and the pain subsides again- noticeable in two days and gone after three days. I've done this twice about a month apart with identical timing and effects. The second time I started back up I used the Natrogix wih piperine and ginger capsules that I got from a friend who raved about it. What a difference! Total joint pain relief in 2 days without Nsaids or other pain relievers. I immediately bought 2 bottles of my own and I'm not stopping any more. My own experience matches perfectly with the clinical trials I have read for reduction of inflammation. I teach and I wanted to make sure that no illnesses caused any unwanted leave. Instead, I began taking it and found it helped with my menstrual cramps. My body doesn't care for meat and when I consume meat over an extended time frame, my menstrual cramps are horrible. I began taking the capsules on day two of my period and it worked just as effective as OTC extra strength painkillers. I didn't realize I wasn't cramping until the evening when I came in from work. I did bleed a bit heavier than normal for a day but no adverse effects. My mood was normal and I didn't have aches and pains.Afterwards, I was able to pay more attention to the other benefits. My neighbors smoke and it causes me to sneeze and cough at night. When I wake up in the morning my eyes may have a bit of discharge as well. Since taking the capsules, no sneezing, coughing or eye discharge due to the smoke permeating through my apartment walls. It also cut down morning breath on the days I forgot to brush before bed. Overall it is a beautiful product that I recommend for those who are looking for simple ways to improve overall health. I'm glad I was able to find this online. If you are a woman in childbearing age that doesn't like to take aspirin or other pharma meds, this may be for you as well.
