This is a great knife. We use it for all the paring and small dicing chores. It has a nice weight in the hand and is very high quality. We bought it to replace a 30-year old Cuisine France Sabatier paring knife that I had misused to separate frozen beef patties and paid the price of a broken tip. I was sad to say goodbye to that old French kitchen buddy, but very happy to have my new German one.

This would be my stranded on a desert island knife. Solid. Durable. Will probably never need sharpening. I have other knives for specialized purposes but this knife does everything well. No weaknesses.

This night fits perfectly in my hand and it also slices perfectly. It is now my favorite knife.

Cuts like a dream and balances very nicely when chopping. If you've been using other less costly knives, then you will immediately notice the difference of this well-made knife. The construction is sturdy; I expect it will hold up for many years with no issues at all.

In my research of kitchen knives, I wanted a stainless steel chef's knife. My wife and I enjoy our Wolf Kitchen and wanted to expand to a few of the Wolf's kitchen knives. Great knife! Good quality.
