We need a ladder to do some minor work around the house like cleaning and changing light bulbs and outside work like cleaning windows. This ladder fits the bill because it can be compact for easy storage and transport, but can be expanded high enough to reach the 2nd floor windows from the outside. Operation is simple enough: pull out to expand; press 2 buttons on each side of the same level to collapse the level upon letting its own weigh do the work.

I climbed ladders as a telephone man for many years so I am very comfortable climbing, but not on this thing Great concept but it is not sturdy and steps are further apart than a regular ladder. I went up 4 or 5 rungs and did not feel comfortable at all, safety wise. Very bouncy and having to step up higher than usual felt very uncomfortable.

It is lightweight versatile and professional looking enough to use daily in the field. I have seen first hand that some top rungs can come detached of unlocked easily when pulling up. I see this being a possible safety hazard. But most certainly a longevity issue that will continue over time. So far so good and gets the job done none the less!

I wish I had bought one sooner!It’s sturdy and very easy to extend and bring back down to its compact size which gives so many storage options without it getting in the way.

I have a 13ft tall rv and I weigh 270lbs. This ladder is great!

I used to have a couple of those ladders that fold open and then the legs have to be pulled out and set. I liked them - but they are a pain - and the older I get they heavier they seemed to get. We had a home inspector look at our home and she used one and said she loved it. So, we got one. It is SO mobile - easy to carry under one arm. And it's not heavy. I am 76 and have rheumatoid arthritis - and am a bit challenged these days. This ladder makes the job so much easier! It is super simple to extend and retract. When extended to it's full height it is a bit wobbly - but not terribly so - and I don't feel it's a safety concern. I wish I would have bought this ladder years ago.
