Easy to use
Great ladder and easy to extend and retract. It fits in the back of my small car, and 8.5 feet tall at full extension.

Exceeded my expectations.
I was in the market for an extension ladder for two issues I needed to deal with at home. The hesitance of getting an extension ladder was storing it. Therefore I gave this ladder a go. I got the 20ft version as I needed to put a piece of siding at the very crest of my garage back on. It was 20ft up. The other was changing an led flood light about 15 ft up. Needless to say. Assembly was simple. Just make sure you install the rubber feef on correctly and the wheels facing the front of the ladder (side with stickers and labels). I'm 6'2 285lbs. I extended the ladder full length to get to the siding. When I say this ladder is not for the faint of heart. I mean it. It will flex like crazy but it held perfectly fine. Several times while going up I reconsidered but kept pushing forward. It did it's job. For the flood light it did even better as it didn't need to be fully extended and flexed less.

Good Telescoping ladder but realize that telescoping ladders are tricky
Made of high-quality materials. Lightweight and heavy-duty. If you have worked with telescoping ladders before then you will like this one. If you a new to telescoping ladders realize these things are not "friendly". Sort of like using a jackhammer...works great but don't expect it to be easy. The instructions were minimal. They also made a couple of jokes which was a pleasant suprise. The pictures were small so that's the big reason why this didn't get five stars. Look very carefully at the pictures on Amazon and always add that bottom cross bar. Install all 3 sets of "things", a set of black rubber feet, a set of orange rubber feet and two wheels. Make sure to mount them in the correct orientation...the wheels should face you when the ladder is "open". The orange should be towards the back where they hit the ground when the ladder is up. Installing those was difficult. A hammer or other wacking device will be needed. Make sure the are oriented properly...there is a handed-ness. Practice raising and lower the ladder. You will pinch your fingers even if you are careful. Seriously, practice opening and closing the ladder at least five times. Curse Wolec but keep doing that until you figure out how to do it without bodily harm.I want to emphasize that for telescoping ladders, these are pretty decent. I would buy them again. Its just you should appreciate that it does require some amount of skill to operate them. You can't beat telescoping ladders for their convenience but there is a learning curve. One final warning on those top hooks. They need to "snap in". In other words, once they are put in you shouldn't be able to just pull them out without pressing the release. If you can take them out without pressing the release, you need to rotate and adjust until they click in.

Multifunctional easy to use, portable and very stable telescopic ladder
The media could not be loaded. How often do you go up a ladder empty handed? You want a stronger ladder. This one you can have two people on. It extends and extends some more. The only thing I don't like about this ladder is that when extended, the rungs are slim. Other than that, this thing is great and I'm happy that I got it.Adjusting the ladder 🪜 which is 16.5 ft is super easy! In fact I had it in a bunch of them, to see how well it did. It's not a wall hugger. It isn't bad when extended a bit. I finished putting some wood board on a small roof extension on a deck I built and also finish a roof on the detached garage this amazing ladder went all the way up I felt secure on it all of the time. It didn't wobble and gripped to the dirt not even cement but it did very well.Oh is very portable as big as it is and heavy moving this ladder is a piece of cake, it has wheels so you can move freely anywhere, so many good things about it, so well constructed and multifunctional.I did purchase this one for the different adjustments it could make. I wanted the most out of it, that I could get. Even a quick plank scaffold (plank extra). Good for dicing tree branches. Also, adjusting it for the stairs, is a cinch. My brother in law has one of those TV store foldable ladders and he struggles to get it in the stair position. I just pulled this and that and was ready in seconds, best ladder I ever bought and I had buy so many but this won my heart.

It does the job you need to at your own risk
It goes up and down pretty easily. It’s a decent design when it comes to that but make sure you pay attention to the weight. This thing is ridiculously heavy for what it is. and after a few more uses, I found out how truly unstable the ladder is not a big fan of the spacing that the ladder makes you take for shorter height projects. If I would’ve had a second chance at picking a different brand I would’ve went another direction I’ve had this ladder nearly fall every time I’ve used it because of how un sturdy and the weight distribution seems to be way off on the one I got I’ve been using ladders for many years. I’m experience in just about every single one out there. inequality ladder you receive for the price point isn’t there in my opinion at all

This ladder was too difficult to assemble
I bought this ladder to help with replacing security light bulbs in my condo association. I had great hopes it would be easier to use than a folding ladder which had become too heavy for my back. This ladder proved to be a great disappointment. As with most such ladders, you have to assemble the bracing and wheels. Unfortunately, the quality of the parts was so poor that it proved impossible to actually get the parts to go together. They were intended to slide together and some parts were too large to do so. I had to give up and return it.
