How easy is this to move once assembled? If we have it downstairs Christmas morning but then have to move it to her room upstairs, for example.

Actually, it is relatively easy to move with two people, although my husband has moved it alone, too. We assembled it in our basement, moved it upstairs for Christmas morning, and have been moving it around our main living area since last December. The "pool" is separate, so it isn't difficult to take it up a stairway, etc. our sole complaint has been the refrigerator - the door fell off pretty quickly and is basically held on with what look like toothpicks. We are going to fix it ourselves. We have 3 daughters - 6, 4, and 17 months, and all 3 love this dollhouse.
