Check to make sure the temperature is suitable before application. Hot Use: Microwave for 10 seconds, make sure the weight inside are evenly distribuited. Check to make sure the temperatureis suitable before application, if more heat is required, reheat for 5 seconds interval or until safe desired temperature is reached for comfortable application. Before reheating , check if the temperature of any parts of the mask is too hight (normally it occurs at the edge of the mask), and knead the mask to make the temperature even, then rotate 180 degrees of the mask and reheat in microwave. CAUTION: Take care when removing from the microwave oven, the eye mask may be very hot. To avoid frostbite or burns, set it aside until it reaches a temperature your skin can tolerate. It is best to use ice therapy for around 10-15 minutes several times a day, while keeping the area elevated.
