This book was an eye opener for me, I wasn't aware how my inner trauma was manifesting throughout my current relationships. It's easy to put a light on others issues but when you have to shine that light on yourself, that's when everything changes.

The media could not be loaded. This book is insightful, helped me to place the focus on myself to heal trauma I didn't know was still affecting me from my childhood. Highly recommended if you are stuck in life trying to progress forward.
