Completely cracked
Only have this a month or two and the plastic cracked in a few places. I don’t recommendUpdate - their customer service team reached out and sent me a replacement! So far so good with the replacement

Spa Day Every Day
I love this! It looked kind of cheap so I didn't have much faith at first but it gets really hot and does a great job. It's perfect to steam a few wash cloths for a quick home facial.

Good product
The top (clear) plastic is brittle. I tested the heating speed and it didn't let me down; it heated up quickly. Hopefully this product will last at least a year or two. The item was just packed in a bubble wrap (no original box) and does not contain the wooden tongs so not sure how legit this is. Will update again after a few months of use.

Works really well & it’s super cute!
Cute & small for on the go. Works really well! The only down side you can only fit a couple small towels, but other than that its great !
