I really loved this mug, because I could fill it 1/2 way with ice, then water. Two days later a few cubes of ice remain. Then I dropped it. Now it rattles when it is empty AND it will not sustain the same level of coldness as before. I was going to contact Iron Flash directly to discuss issue, but did not have the proper email. Hopefully this will help. I would love an exchange or a refund so I can purchase another one.Iron Flask is wonderful - just do not drop it.

Iron Flask 40oz tumbler
Keeps drinks cold for atleast 12 hours. I'm determined to not spend 45 or 50 dollars on one and this one works great. Highly recommend.

Love the cup paint durability not so much
Keeps drinks very cold. Easy easy to clean. Love that it is for the most part leak free. My only gripe is that when it arrived, the top of the cup already had chips in the paint around where the top screws on. Would probably give it one more try only because I love the design and functionality of the cup. The paint color is beautiful too
