These are large and are nice and thin to provide discreet protection. They come with sticky pads on the back to allow them to stick inside a bra, and there are instructions on which direction to wear them based on if you are lying down or standing up at the time of using them. They are nice slim protective pads.

These are lovely and thin making them discreet under clothing, which is what we all looking for it.I have to change more often than another make that I have but the others are thicker and less discreet, everyone knows I’m wearing them! They are soft and comfort to wear.

This pack of 100 super thin breast pads for less than a tenner are excellent value.They are really thin and so are very discreet under clothing and the sticky strip keeps the pad in place. They are comfortable to wear and absorb really well keeping the moisture locked in and the surface of the pad dry. They haven't caused any irritation or leaked during use. I highly recommend.

Not all breast pads are made equally and if you get an uncomfortable or scratchy one it's worse than not using one at all. I've been breastfeeding for 4 years (two different babies) and so I've tried lots of different brands. These pads are as comfortable as my preferred brand. The adhesive is good so they stay in place and most importantly they don't end up rubbing your nipple.My baby is 18 months now so I don't really get much leakage any more so I can't attest to how well they'd cope with the enormously full breasts of early babydom but for my purposes they suit me well. The pads are very thin so my guess is they might struggle if you have a lot of leakage, but at least there are lots in the box so you can change them regularly if you are in that stage. The instructions recommend changing them every 3-4 hours for hygiene purposes.Each pad is conveniently packed in its own wrapper which isn't great for the environment but is very handy as you can pop them in your bag and know they will remain clean and germ free.

I had these for my daughter in law to try. on the plus side they are nice and thin so not visible under t-shirts/tops, but on the downside they are not as comfortable as some other brands as the material used does not appear to be of the same quality.
