Just strapped on my new wireless knee massager and wow, my knees are buzzing like they've had a double espresso! Who knew that something this simple could make you feel like you've got the knees of a teenager again? It's like a spa day for your patellas.

This massager basically is limited to vibration and heat. It has very bright LED's on the underside which may contribute to the heat but it's hard to say.It has a few different modes that are just varying vibration patterns and largely I didn't feel like they added much.It does feel nice for a bit but I don't think you should be using this if your problem is rough joint issues as the vibration seems to actually make that worse. Nice for muscle/tendon aches though.

This Careella Wireless Knee Massager looks futuristic, with its simple white shape and black control panel. It’s quite easy to use and charges quickly with the enclosed USB-C cable. It fastens in place with two wide hook & loop bands that go under your knee and loop back through a plastic buckle. Then, just hit the power button. The default mode is quite good – auto vibration (which alternates among the top, left and right sides), plus low heat, infrared and laser. You can also adjust vibration to low or high, three levels of heat, and whether you want infrared and laser off or on. It feels really good on my knee – the vibration is gentle, not at all painful. My husband, who had a knee replacement, really likes it, too. It’s a well designed device that’s a bit on the pricey side, but it’s great to be able to get this type of treatment at home.

This device seems to be very well made, works good as described on the product page, and is easy to use. The various vibrations/massage come at the sides of the knee, and the heat/light supplied to the center of the knee cap, with additional heat supplied above the knee. The 2 hold on straps are very long and should be suitable to fit just about any size knee, they are fairly comfortable and fasten securely. Has a convenient USB-C charging port, needs a 5V2A power supply (not included) and needs about 3 hr charge for the blue indicator light to remain solid. Has an automatic 10 min timer that can be easily restarted if desired.Directions are clear and easy to read.Unfortunately the 3000mAh lithium battery is not (that I know of) replaceable, therefor this device has a limited life span...no warranty is implied in the manual.

I have a smaller/ more petite frame and even though this device doesn’t hug my knees as much as I’d like, it still gives a nice heating/ massage. It is a bit bulky though and I kind of wish I had the option to extend my leg while using it. Regardless, it is helpful for relieving tension/ pain in the knees. Manually trying to massage my knees with my hands requires me to slightly hunch forward, so this helps me not strain my back trading one pain for another.
