Having given it a good trial periodI can now say it’s a very good pillow, I like that you can remove some foam orYou can order more so that you have it the way it suits youIt has a zip so it’s easy to remove or add foamI bought one for my daughter also and she’s very pleased with it.

I suffer terribly with my neck since being in a car crash when I was a teen. I often struggle to find a pillow that suits me and normally have to change every few months when the headaches start. This is a game changer, it's taken me a good week or so to remove enough filling so that's it's perfect for me and it bounces back really well. I've kept the stuffing I removed incase it ever needs replenishing.

I purchased this pillow as i have neck and spine issues also my head gets very hot and disrupts my sleep. It states that it is a cooling pillow, sadly i have not experienced any cooling from this pillow.

very bad, very hard and loud, I had headaches, I'm not going to return it because I threw the packaging away, but it's terrible.😩

I just want to write an update,This fabulous company have sent me an alternative pillow The Luxury Hotel Pillow and it’s gorgeous.I am having the best, most comfortable nights sleep I’ve had in years despite all my neck shoulder and back problems.This pillow really has done what the 8 pillows I have bought in the last year have failed to do.It has gently supported me in my sleep and I can’t recommend it highly enough.Thank you Martian Dreams, you have been amazing.

A good size high comfort pillow that would be an upgrade for most tired beds, I was certainly glad to retain it's services yhough including a case as, at least an option, would have been a nice touch.
