I love this lotion. You can sense the magnesium in it, but it doesn’t leave any kind of residue on your skin. My skin feels soft. The scent just is very calming and present. I apply it to my arms and legs before I go to bed at night I will definitely be buying it again as it’s officially a part of my nighttime routine

Easy to use and effective for reducing nighttime leg cramps. I ad previously used a jar of magnesium cream and a roller dispenser but found this easier to dispense and apply. It has a pleasant lavender scent which was relaxing at bedtime.

I hadn’t been able to take the magnesium pills before going to bed because I had contracted the stomach flu. So I ordered this liquid and rubbed it on my legs before going to bed last night. Well, last night was the first night in several months that I was able to sleep without any leg or foot cramps! The stuff is amazing! It goes on smoothly and smells delightful. I’ve added it to my subscribe and save.

I’m in the process of working with my doctors to understand what is causing restless leg syndrome. I’m fairly young, active and healthy so RLS has been really frustrating and strange. I tried Magnesium supplements but they had really intense GI side effects. Tablespoon of mustard before bed definitely worked but will save that for emergencies as you can imagine that is not a pleasant way to call it a night and to get RLS relief. This lotion has been a life saver in the mean time for me to get on/off the correct medication. It is not really greasy. It takes a few minutes to absorb so I usually sit on the edge of my bed until it’s had a few minutes to absorb and then go wash my hands. The smell is mild and kind of like play dough or some sort of clay. It’s a little thick and more creamy than runny so you don’t need a lot to apply. No side effects morning after from it thankfully. My dog woke me up a few hours after I went to bed and had applied the cream. After taking him out to go potty, I had to reapply this lotion as my legs started cramping and twitching again. So, it’s good to apply close to bed time and take a sleep aid if you need it as it’s effectiveness seems to wear off after few hours for RLS relief. Will def be recommending to friends and family. I really appreciate its both cruelty free, paraben free and seemingly a natural product.

Let me tell you... just after 2 days using this on my hip, back, feet, and yesterday after a long bike ride, i had a headache with a knot on the back of my neck. I slathered some on that area and within 30 minutes the headache was minimal, and sore knee, I'm stunned at how great this product is‼️it has also helped my sore thumb tendon just having enough on my hand to rub in to these different parts of my body. I'll be buying more for myself and family.

Works for us. My son refuses any kind of medication and he gets growing pains frequently. This helps a lot with managing the pain. Wash your hands after, its super absorbing so it almost feels like its no big deal if you dont haha however youll be so relaxed and ready to sleep if you dont lol.

Magnesium oil and lotions are the only thing that's currently helping alleviate my neuropathy pain but I loathe the way it feels on my hands so I was super excited to find a roll-on oil. Sadly, my container is shoddy and I can't apply without it leaking. I'm talking a steady stream of the product pouring out and dripping everywhere. I've started putting on vinyl gloves and just letting it drip into my hand, then applying, which defeats the purpose of a roll-on because I didn't want to use my hands in the first place.

I love this lotion. It might be in my head, but I swear it helps me sleep. I rub it on my legs right before bedtime. It’s not overly fragrant. Just the right consistency. Not too thick but not runny.

It's very nice and greaseless, and it helps with muscle spasms and even with some pain to some degree.

Pas aussi efficace que j’aurais voulu pour les douleurs, mais efficace comme crème hydratante pratiquement sans odeur. C’est avantageux de pouvoir l’utiliser sans avoir une odeur forte. La texture et l’absorption se fait bien sur mon type de peau.

C'est une amie qui me l'a conseillée donc, j'ai commandé cette lotion pour ma mère, car elle a souvent des crampes dans les jambes et elle m'a dit que la lotion avait bien fonctionner. Merci!
