I absolutely love this product.  It works beautifully right out of the box.  It’s very well made, gives me a workout while sitting at my work desk.  It’s so comfortable and you can feel the difference in your calfs, thigh and leg muscles.  Good for circulation.  Excellent product!  So glad I purchased it.😌

I bought this in Jan 2019, I liked the product, it worked well until the spring broke in Sep 2019, in less than 9 months. During this time I haven't used it for a few months. Not durable and expensive for a flimsy product.
