I can affirm this is a direct fit for 2017 Audi A4 Premium Sedan. The OEM rear license plate holder is notorious for the bolt holes stripping out. The OEM quality left a lot to be desired. I saw this license plate holder on Amazon and thought would give it a try. This plate holder functions as intended. The mounting screw holes match up exactly to the holes in the trunk deck. The holes in the product have high quality metal gromets that are hands down better than the factory equipment. All the screws and hardware necessary for install come in the package with the purchase. Installation took 5 minutes and was very easy. The plastic does not appear to scratch easily and is a very good value for the money. I am pleased with how the product looks on the vehicle and overall am very satisfied.

Worked perfectly on my 2015 Audi A3 (rear). It takes approximately 30 minutes: I simply took off the original Audi mounting bracket by first removing the license plate, then two bracket mounting screws behind the license plate, and then removing the Audi bracket slowly as there's two-sided tape behind the original bracket. After cleaning the area, I mounted the new Podestaa Rear License Plate Bracket Holder (I used the original two Audi mounting bracket screws, even though the Podestaa bracket comes with screws), and the bracket mounted flawlessly.

My original bracket had the ‘nuts’ striped out of the plastic. So it was impossible to get the plate off. This one allowed me to get all four screws in to the plate doesn’t flap around when you close the truck or go through the carwash. Still have to make sure to only get the screws snug.

Fits as advertised, included Allen wrench fits stock bolt pattern. Screw holes seem sturdy, much improved over the stock tabs that are laughably lacking, especially for a $200+ OEM piece of plastic. Can't say for certain, but the screws included seem to be made of cheaper metal than those shown in the picture. But it's made in China, and you get what you pay for. Beats the criminally overpriced dealer plate holder by a mile.

Fits well. I wish the plastic was a little more rigid but overall fine. The screws are all fine. Time will tell if they rust

Easy to install

Certainly not for Audi! Mount to car is off center so can’t sit flush as it’s hitting the curve of the trunk. Can’t flip around as there isn’t enough room above.

Slightly smaller that OEM, but fits fine and for the money is 5 stars.

works perfectly to replace my Audi s4 2019 license plate that the insert stripped on me.

Fits great but absolutely not good for the winter as anything metal will rust including bolts
