The media could not be loaded. just got this deliver today as was urgent in need but its not working at all i bought tht bcs seems like can works straight through app but its app keep showing printer for 15 minutes n didnt print a single wordwaste of money

I can see why people are saying this printer doesn't work. It is extremely temperamental and even when it does perform, it is with mixed results.I'll start with the redeeming qualities because, unfortunately, there are only a few but they are notable. First, the design of the printer is nice. It's small, but has a good hand feel and is easily maneuverable. It doesn't take a lot of effort to print and the guide definitely helps on flat/semi-flat surfaces.The app installs and connects easily with a TOS/Privacy Policy that isn't overly concerning. I will note that the app's privacy policy differs from the policy listed in the app store, so be sure to read both if this is a concern for you. Once connected via bluetooth, the UI is intuitive and auditory signals alert you to status changes/updates with the printer. It is VERY easy to use which is certainly a mark in its favor.A small downside with the app is that it is not fully localized for English. I found that when I uploaded my own image, the upload screens were in Chinese, so I had to guess at which were the correct buttons to upload my image (..it's not the big green one as you'd expect)From there, sadly, the printer only gets worse. While I was able to get it to print, I could not once get a clean, error-free print with it. For me, the issue is with streaking/missing lines in the image. No matter what graphics I chose, the printer would always leave an unprinted streak through the image (easily seen in my photos). As I know this to be a printhead issue, I tried the recommended method of shaking the ink cartridge with a paper towel over the print head. The result left a similar soaking of ink as seen in the instructional video, but did not remedy the issue. In fact, it seemed to only move the streaks around. Multiple shakes and test prints proved no more successful.As mentioned, uploading an image can be a little tricky (unless you can read Chinese), but the bigger issue I found was that the uploaded image took several tries before it was successfully transferred to the printer. I would find that the transfer would either time out or would be corrupted at the end of the image resulting in an incorrect/jumbled image. I was able to get this resolved, but the printhead issue was still the bigger problem.So I really wanted to love this little printer as I think it has so much potential, but I can't honestly recommend it given that I have not been able to get a successful print with it. I will play around with it a bit more with the hope the printhead just needs a bit more priming though I fear it is going to waste quite a bit more ink in the process.

I want this item to work. Maybe I got a defective unit. I thought maybe it’s the cartridge. I purchased another one and still didn’t work. Still considering to purchase another one to try again.
