Great product
My husband loves it. He can hear the TV better with this device than with his regular hearing aids

Great hearing aids
These hearing aids are amazing. Actually this is the second pair I have ordered for my mother who is 92. The first pair, the left earbud stopped working 🤦♂️ so I will be contacting neosonicTo get them repaired. The good news is, being able to have a second pair for backups is totally doable, cost effective, with out breaking the bank. This way my mom dosent have to go with out if the hearing aids break and have to be sent out for repair. It's so important for her to have as much hearing ability as possible 24/7 to help her with partisapating with those around her and using the phone/ TV. we use video calling extensively with her which between the hearing aids and seeing who she is talking to helps emensly with her conversations. One last thing, the remote Mic is a game changer. When we take her out for dinner or to visit a group of friends we use the remote mic, place it in the middle of the table or room and she can hear everyone fairly well. 👍

Better hearing
These work pretty good. I just wish I could get some smaller domes. I have very small ears and I have a hard time finding ones to fit me. what I like about it is when they fall out at least you still have them hanging on.. i’ve had some of those you put the little one in your ear when they fall out you don’t know it and you just lose them.

Battery goes dead
I use these to aid in hearing tv. They don't have much adjustment on volume control. The battery on the transmitter doesn't last more than a few hours before it has to be recharged.

So very disappointed that this product didn't work for me.
This product seemed to be the answer to my TV hearing problem. My wife wears hearing aids, but I don't so we had problems finding a comfortable volume for both of us. Since we use a digital cable sound bar with no auxiliary outputs, I could not purchase any unit that relied on plug in. This unit offers a microphone that sits near your speaker and send the signal to the headphones which then amplifies the volume. It came beautifully packaged with a nice carrying case and was a very attractive design. It was light in weight and appeared to be well made. Problem was, it didn't work long. The instructions provided were adequate to get the product setup and working initially, but when I encountered problems, of which there were several, no solution was provided. When you have only two buttons to push and you only need to push one twice for setup, there isn't much trouble shooting to do. After some initial setup problem (my fault) I got it to work for about 15 minutes and it was great. I thought my problems were solved. I then shut it off and when I turned it back on it wouldn't work. After many tries and button pushing, it would not work as designed. There are a couple of other issues which with the unit I didn't care for. The small remote microphone has a sensitive pickup and I got a lot of conversations from people in the room. It was great when the room was silent, but picked up sound and amplified it into the earphone. It was kind of like being in a potato chip bag while it was being scrunched. The unit also has a separate microphone in the head set, but when I tried it in that mode (by accident), it picked up any movement or clothing rubbing against it and amplified that as well.So it's back to the search for an amplifier that will meet my needs.PS: I gave it two stars because it is really a very nice looking unit.

Serious Design Flaws for the Elderly
1) Ear bud take off location on tip of neck piece impacts shirt collars and causes buds to pop out of ears during simple head and body motion (look at better design by Jabee competitive product)2) Control buttons are high on neck piece up under ear/chin area. They cannot be accessed by a care giver or seen by the user. Also, when (my elder parent) attempted to feel and find buttons, the ear buds were typically knocked out (again see Jabee competitive product where buttons are located at center of chest, accessible to a care giver and at least somewhat visible to the wearer when glancing down for those not able to “feel” the control button physical markers).Serious design issues that made this product useless for my elderly parents. The Jabee wearable hearing assist device offers a separate microphone (sold separately) to provide the microphone feature of this Neo device. It has a nice label clip design.Another feature of the Jabee competitive device is it has a phone app that lets you fine tune the device for ones particular hearing issues and select conversation, restaurant, etc. mode. This and location of manual controls at front and center of chest make the device far superior for a caregiver to help the elderly use the device. For me and my technologically challenged elderly parents, the Jabee device put this Neo device to shame.

This works better than the usual hearing aides!
This hearing aide arrived last week. It surprised my husband with how well it works, both for listening to television and being able to hear in a room full of people. It is comfortable for him to wear and was easy for him to get set up with it. He is using it without his regular hearing aides. It has restored peace to our home. Surely do wish I had known about it a year ago when spouses hard of hearing made his watching television a whole house experience, whether i wanted to listen or not.I saw reviews that said it didn't last long, so we will be waiting on that. Even so, if it lasts six months it will be well worth it! and I will get another one immediately if it breaks, as it stands now!UPDATED: Well, this little device will no longer hold a charge....but it worked well when it did!
