However the shape and overall appearance of the product is very similar to at the advertised photo but still the advertised photo somehow looks better. I couldn't stand the smell that it created in my bathroom. But rather than package it for return I soaked in Bleach and Gain and then hand washed it and hang it to dry. I posted photos of the actual product that I received. It naturally looked better after I gave it to my attention because it had been previously balled up in a plastic bag to be mailed to me. My wedding gown is a mermaid style chiffon Mori Lee that doesn't need much help with poof so this will definitely work for me. I washed it in laundry detergent in my bathtub like an earlier review suggested. IT DID NOT WORK. I ran another tub of water with bleach an antibacterial soap and let it soak for about an hour. It dried quickly and the smell was almost completely gone. I let it air out for a few days then sprayed it down with febreeze. It was still not 100% odor free on my wedding day. It made my dress pop, but if you buy this, buy it early enough to beat it clean lol. I posted a pic of my wedding dress.
