Seems to do the job
I'm just about to purchase for a second time. I know that I need an omega-3 supplement (noticeable mood deterioration when I don't take one, diagnosed bipolar), but I have fat malabsorption and oxalate toxicity, which makes liquids and capsules problematic. Taking these, my moods have held steady even not using them every day, which suggests to me that they do work. I don't always remember to take them off after 8 hours, and they do start to irritate my skin, so that aspect of the directions for use should probably be taken seriously.

Don't think it does anything
Just some sticky tape with omega 3. No feed-in chemicals. I don't think it absorbs into the blood stream at all. No evidence that it does given..

Easier than taking big capsules, effects similarly nebulous, don’t stick too firmly
As omega supplements often come in the form of multiple big capsules every day, I was keen to give these patches a try. Although initially sceptical how patches like this could possibly work, I have found that collagen patches definitely helped me, so I’m open to this as a method of supplementation. Very much like a sticking plaster, you just pop them onto clean dry skin. I will say that these do tend to peel up by the end of a work day, whereas my collagen ones stay put very firmly, but hopefully they have done their stuff by that point. Also, although I tend to be allergic to plasters, these do not irritate my skin. Hard to tell with omegas what effects they may be having, so that’s very much on trust, as it is when I take capsules.

Great quality patches. Keeps well on skin. Sometimes even hard to take off. Very good alternative for people who dont like drinking pills.
