And our AC went out . We ordered this one it was shipped out super fast. Was so excited to finally get here. I will say being my first time having one I didn't know much so I had to reach out to customer service for help. They were amazing 😍 . They helped walk me step by step in fixing everything I was having issues with. I will say it cools amazing it easy to install once you realize it's actually simple. Don't let it fool you like it did me lol. I just needed a smaller window panel since I live in a mobile home. It's quite doesn't take up much room and I don't have to worry about it hanging out the window like the bulky ones. If you do use the dehumidifier beware it's amazing 😍 it removed 11 gallons of humidity from my living room in 12 hrs. You will definitely need to have a longer hose to drain it outside or to a drain. You don't need to use the hose unless you want to use the dehumidifier. Keeps my living room cool and I have happy kids and pups. Again want to thank customer service so much for having patience with me and helping me. Also make sure when you install it to get the metal aluminum tape not duck tape to seal the window so you don't have any leaks. That also helps keep any small creatures out by sealing all the tiny cracks.
